Preschool Centre Leader/Principal (North)

You're the captain of a ship that sets sail toward learning, growth and inspiration.

As Centre Principal, you'll lead the centre with heart and vision, ensuring educators thrive, children flourish and families feel supported. From operations to pedagogy, your leadership will shape the culture, strategy and success of the centre.

Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations while upholding Star Learners' standards

- Promote a culture of mentoring, professional growth and collaboration

- Lead initiatives to enhance learning environments and classroom quality

- Build strong relationships with families, staff and the wider community

- Set an example through embodying the centre's mission, vision and values

Requirements

- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Leadership) or equivalent

- Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership

- Minimum 3 years of teaching and management experience in a preschool

- Degree in Early Childhood Education is an advantage

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
