VIVAIA is a modern fashion footwear brand that combines style, comfort, innovation and sustainability. We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Brand Advisors to join our retail team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to every customer.

As a Brand Advisor, you will be the face of VIVAIA. You will engage customers, understand their needs, introduce suitable products, and create a memorable brand experience while achieving individual and store sales targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Experience

• Welcome and engage customers in a warm, professional and approachable manner.
• Understand customers' needs, preferences and lifestyle to recommend suitable products.
• Provide personalised product recommendations and styling advice.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Ensure every customer receives a positive and memorable shopping experience.

2. Product & Brand Knowledge

• Develop strong knowledge of VIVAIA's products, collections, materials, designs, features and benefits.
• Understand VIVAIA's brand story, values and sustainability initiatives.
• Confidently explain product features and recommend products according to customers' needs.
• Stay updated on new collections, promotions and product launches.

3. Sales Performance

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Proactively approach customers and identify sales opportunities.
• Recommend complementary products where appropriate.
• Assist customers throughout the full sales journey, from product selection to checkout.
• Support the store in achieving key sales KPIs and business objectives.

4. Store Operations

• Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and replenished.
• Assist with stock receiving, stock replenishment and inventory checks.
• Ensure product displays follow VIVAIA's visual merchandising guidelines.
• Handle POS transactions and payments accurately.
• Support opening and closing procedures when required.

5. Customer Service & After-Sales Support

• Handle customer enquiries professionally.
• Assist with exchanges, returns and other customer service matters according to company policy.
• Follow up with customers when required.
• Escalate customer issues to the Store Manager when necessary.

6. Teamwork

• Work closely with the Store Manager and retail team to achieve store objectives.
• Support colleagues during busy periods.
• Share product knowledge, customer feedback and sales insights with the team.
• Maintain a positive and professional working environment.

7. Brand Representation

• Represent VIVAIA professionally at all times.
• Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Demonstrate VIVAIA's brand values through communication and customer interactions.
• Participate in store events, product launches and promotional activities when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail, fashion, footwear, beauty, lifestyle or customer service experience preferred.
• Candidates without retail experience but with a strong passion for fashion and customer service are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and approachable personality.
• Strong interest in fashion, footwear and lifestyle products.
• Confident in engaging and communicating with customers.
• Sales-driven and motivated by achieving targets.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.
