Sales & Shipping Coordinator

Salary: up to $4,000
Work Days: 5 Days
Work Location: Central

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end booking and coordination with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Manage freight bookings, rates, carriers and shipment tracking.
• Resolve delivery issues, discrepancies and cargo claims.
• Ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations and Incoterms.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison for internal sales team,streamlining order intake and fulfillment.
• Coordinate internal sales orders and fulfilment with regional stakeholders.
• Monitor POs/SOs, identify supply issues and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare shipment and order status reports and support ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field
• 5 to 8 years’ experience in logistics, freight or trade operations.
• Knowledge of Incoterms 2020, cargo insurance and claims
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP Hana experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willing to travel overseas occasionally
• Singaporean only need apply
