Graphic Designer — Events, Campaigns & Brand Experiences
About this job
Role Objective
The Graphic Designer will translate event concepts and commercial requirements into effective visual campaigns, onsite graphics and branded experiences across Atomic’s portfolio.
The ideal candidate must be creative, but also fast, organised and technically accurate. For events, a visually attractive design that is delivered late or sent to print at the wrong size is still a failed design.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop event key visuals and campaign identities based on approved creative briefs.
- Adapt key visuals across social media, websites, EDMs, digital advertisements, presentation decks and ticketing platforms.
- Design onsite materials including entrance graphics, stage backdrops, banners, directional signage, schedules, maps, booth graphics and information panels.
- Prepare exhibitor kits, sponsorship mock-ups, sales materials and partnership presentations.
- Design mall-activation, festival and experiential-event materials.
- Create sponsor logo layouts and ensure contracted brand visibility is accurately implemented.
- Prepare final artwork for large-format print, digital screens and production vendors.
- Conduct artwork checks for dimensions, resolution, bleed, colour settings, spelling and production specifications.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Project Management and Operations to meet campaign and production deadlines.
- Develop reusable templates that allow the team to produce consistent materials more efficiently.
- Maintain organised brand guidelines, artwork folders, master files and asset libraries.
- Support simple animation, motion graphics, video editing or content adaptation where required.
- Coordinate directly with printers and production suppliers when technical clarification is needed.
- Assist with onsite visual checks and installation reviews for major events.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related discipline.
- Approximately two to four years of relevant design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign, branding, event, exhibition, retail or environmental-design work.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Experience with Canva, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of print production, large-format artwork and file preparation.
- Able to work quickly across several formats while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong layout, typography and visual-hierarchy skills.
- Organised file-management habits.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and making fast revisions.
- Experience working with events, agencies or consumer brands is preferred.
