Job Description

• Position Title: Cost Estimator
• Working Location: MacPherson (near MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days. Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out technical selection based on project requirements and client specifications.
• Analyse project scope and develop detailed cost estimates and breakdowns.
• Liaise with clients to understand and clarify the requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams to support proposal development.
• Prepare and submit quotations and tender proposals accurately and on time.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend budget improvements.
• Track and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare reports and documentation using Excel, Word, and in-house systems.
• Support proposal progress and ensure timely, quality submissions.
• Provide analysis and insights to support business decisions.

• Minimum Nitec or Diploma holder.
• Preferably with experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Have knowledge with estimation software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, Excel) is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
