Job Description
- Coordinate and supervise structural works and ensure works are carried out are in accordance to drawings, specifications, shop drawings and method statements.
- Arrange and facilitate RE/RTO inspections.
- To ensure site works are carried out according to daily / weekly site coordination schedule.
- Control and minimize material wastages.
- Resolve any site issues faced at the work site.
- Monitor and lead work of contractors and workers
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in Building Construction or private residential projects, such as landed properties.
- Formal education
- Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course
