Admissions Officer
About this job
Established in 1972, Dover Court International School in Singapore is a leading inclusive international school with British heritage, serving international families, set on a green 12-acre site about 20 minutes from the Singapore CBD. Dover Court International School is a community with inclusion at its heart. With more than 2000 students aged 3 to 18, our unique Pathway programme enables us to provide an education that meets the needs of a diverse student population, ensuring all learners are appropriately supported and challenged in their learning. This is reflected in our excellent outcomes for all learners.
Our unique approach enables us to prepare all students to flourish in our dynamic world, so they are active participants in a globally connected community, now and throughout life.
At Dover Court, we believe every family deserves an exceptional start to their child's education journey.
We're looking for Admissions Officers to join our team and help prospective families navigate one of the most important decisions they'll make for their child.
This is a consultative, relationship-driven role where you'll partner closely with families to understand their aspirations, answer their questions, and help them determine whether Dover Court is the right fit for their child. You'll build trust, create meaningful connections, and guide families confidently from their first enquiry through to enrolment and beyond.
As one of the first people families meet, you'll play a key role in bringing the Dover Court story to life. Through personalised conversations, school tours and ongoing engagement, you'll help parents understand what makes our school unique and why our inclusive approach has made us a school of choice for families in Singapore for decades.
We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys building relationships and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds
- Is naturally curious and skilled at uncovering what matters most to families
- Brings a commercial mindset and is motivated by achieving goals
- Communicates with warmth, confidence and professionalism
- Is technologically savvy and comfortable working with a CRM, automations and online platforms
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Is highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
Why Dover Court?
Dover Court is not a typical school. For more than 50 years, we've shown that exceptional outcomes and inclusive education go hand in hand. We believe every child deserves to be known, valued and empowered to achieve more than they thought possible.
You'll join a team that works hard, supports one another, celebrates success and genuinely cares about making a difference. Together, we help families find a school community where their children can flourish.
If you're a commercially minded professional looking for meaningful work and the opportunity to make a real impact on families' lives, we'd love to hear from you.
