ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a senior, client-facing role at the core of our business. You will conduct in-depth, one-to-one consultations with clients seeking astrological insight and spiritual guidance on significant life matters. You will be relied upon to bring both technical astrological expertise and genuine empathy to every session, helping clients feel heard, respected, and supported.

This role carries significant responsibility for client trust, consultation quality, and the overall reputation of our practice, and is compensated accordingly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct confidential, one-to-one consultations covering family, relationships, marriage, career, business, financial decisions, and general life matters

• Provide astrological predictions and life guidance relating to future prospects, career opportunities, and important personal decisions

• Deliver spiritual healing and guidance sessions, including meditation-related guidance and traditional spiritual practices tailored to individual client needs

• Interpret birth charts, planetary movements, and other astrological data to provide clients with meaningful, personalized insights

• Build long-term trust with clients through professionalism, discretion, and genuine care

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in line with company policy

• Stay current with astrological and spiritual traditions, methods, and best practices

• Mentor and support junior consultants where required

• Clearly communicate to clients that consultations are for personal guidance and spiritual support, and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 10–15 years of demonstrable experience providing professional astrology and/or spiritual consultation services

• Strong working knowledge of astrological systems, chart reading, and predictive techniques

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly

• A calm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to sensitive personal topics

• High level of discretion and commitment to client confidentiality

• Fluency in English required; additional languages (Mandarin, Tamil, Hindi, Malay, etc.) an advantage

• Prior experience in a consultation-based or client-facing service role preferred

• Comfortable working independently and managing a full schedule of client sessions
