About the Role

As a PwC Data Science Senior Consultant, you are the linchpin between complex business challenges and cutting-edge AI solutions, leveraging a unique combination of rigorous methodologies, advanced statistics, mathematical prowess, industry expertise, strategic consulting, and software development. Your role is multifaceted, and each day presents new opportunities to innovate and lead.

  • Immerse in clients’ businesses to understand their goals and requirements, translating insights into actionable data strategies through a deep understanding of business dynamics.

  • Collect and analyse data to uncover hidden patterns, generate insights, and support hypothesis formulation.

  • Drive initiatives across business understanding, data comprehension, and data preparation.

  • Apply advanced statistical and mathematical modelling techniques to develop solutions for complex business problems.

  • Ensure models are designed with accuracy, scalability, and efficiency to effectively address business needs.

  • Develop, validate, and operationalise models by integrating them into applications and business processes.

  • Ensure solutions continue to deliver strategic value throughout their lifecycle.

  • Gain deep understanding of business processes, identify challenges, and design impactful solutions that drive transformation.

  • Establish and enforce standards and policies to ensure data is secure, private, accurate, accessible, and actionable.

  • Support data management, migration, strategic planning, change management, and compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.

  • Harness the transformative power of data to redefine possibilities and unlock business value.

About You

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5 to 8 years of Data Science experience, or other relevant experience in AI & Analytics domain, with a proven track record of handling stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify new AI opportunities
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI frameworks, tools and platforms
  • Lead AI feasibility studies and projects to demonstrate the value and viability of AI solutions
  • Hands on Development end to end AI projects using Python, Flask, FastAPI and Streamlit
  • Have experience in cloud services of Azure to deploy AI products
  • Collaborate with AI architects and engineers to design and develop AI and Generative AI solutions tailored to the requirements
  • In-depth understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques (such as generative adversial networks (GANs), variational autoencoders (VAEs), etc.)
  • Good knowledge of AI frameworks, tools, and platform such as TensorFlow, PyTorch
  • Knowledge and affinity of GenAI libraries and tool sets included HuggingFace, LangChain, RAGAS and more
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field Skilled in planning, organization, analytics, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
  • Comfortable working with statistics.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong Business acumen and understanding of industry trends and challenges in AI and Generative AI .
  • Strong leadership skills and proactive and self-driven attitude.
  • Advanced communication and storytelling skills.
  • Highly adaptable and flexible through shifting priorities.
  • Past experience in Healthcare is mandatory
