Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction
• Position Title: Project Manager
• Working Location: Woodlands / Islandwide
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 6.00pm; Sat, 8.00am - 1.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $7,000 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
• Lead the project team to meet deadlines, monitor task completion, and ensure smooth project progress.
• Maintain and organise project documents, including project plans and business requirements.
• Prepare and review construction drawings, technical proposals, and method statements.
• Plan the construction schedule and oversee site implementation.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, Quantity Surveyors, authorities, and subcontractors on project planning and execution.
• Ensure site safety and security requirements are followed.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management when required.

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in managing construction projects from planning to site execution.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings, technical proposals, and method statements.
• Knowledge of workplace safety requirements and site management practices.
