Senior Sales Manager – Telecom IT Solutions

Responsibilities:

• Grow regional accounts and deliver assigned sales targets.
• Develop new customers, partners and business opportunities.
• Manage sales opportunities from initial engagement through proposal, tender, negotiation and contract closure.
• Build account plans and identify areas for expansion within existing customers.
• Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to support successful project execution.
• Track market developments and support business growth across the region.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant IT/ICT sales experience.
• Background in telecom technology solutions, including BSS, OSS, data platforms or similar areas.
• Experience handling enterprise or regional accounts.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and customer management skills.
• Open to regional travel when required.
