Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Hours: Monday-Friday
  • Nearest MRT: Novena Station
  • Be a part of a research team supporting applied psychology and behavioural science studies through data analysis, research coordination, report writing and communication of findings.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, development and conduct of applied research studies using knowledge of psychology and behavioural sciences.
  • Conduct literature reviews and assist in preparing research reports, summaries and related materials.
  • Collect, organise, manage and analyse quantitative and/or qualitative research data.
  • Prepare presentations and communicate research findings during meetings, seminars, training sessions and other relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support research activities, requests and project requirements.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for research publications and related activities.
  • Maintain proper documentation and archive research processes, materials and findings for knowledge management purposes.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare relevant files, documents and supporting materials.
  • Handle general research administration and other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree with Honours in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences or a related discipline. Psychology-related qualifications are preferred.
  • Relevant experience in psychology, behavioural sciences, applied research or a related research environment will be advantageous.
  • Good understanding of the research process, including literature reviews, data collection, data entry and management, statistical analysis and report writing.
  • Basic knowledge of statistics with experience using statistical analysis software.
  • Experience supporting or managing research projects will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate research findings clearly.
  • Good written and spoken English, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports.
  • Confident in preparing and delivering presentations to different audiences.
  • Good organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage research documentation, meetings and administrative requirements.
