About Client:

Our client is an enterprise AI platform company enabling organisations to deploy sovereign, private and agentic AI at scale, grounded in open-source technologies and trusted governance. Working across financial services, telecommunications, government and other regulated sectors, the company is building its Singapore capability as a strategic base for APAC. This is a founding-team opportunity to help build the technical organisation, deliver enterprise AI implementations and influence the platform's regionalevolution.

Primary Skills/Requirements

• Over 8–10 years of relevant professional experience across AI/ML, data, cloud, infrastructure or enterprise technology, with strong hands-on architecture and engineering capability.
• Strong hands-on architecture and engineering capability, including Python.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform and modern cloud/infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with modern AI ecosystems such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex and vector databases.
• Understanding of RAG, MLOps/LLMOps, AI evaluation and agentic AI architectures.
• Exposure to AI governance, security, bias/risk mitigation, red-teaming or responsible AI.
• Strong grounding in enterprise data, data quality and integration.
• Proven ability to lead or mentor technical teams and engage confidently with enterprise customers.
• Experience in regulated industries, private AI or sovereign environments is a strong advantage.
• Excellent English; Chinese language capability is a strong plus for collaboration with global engineering teams.

Primary Skills/Requirements

• Architect and deploy AI environments across on-premise, private cloud, VPC and air-gapped infrastructure.
• Work hands-on with Kubernetes, containers, GPU infrastructure and enterprise AI platforms.
• Build and operate MLOps / LLMOps pipelines, including secure deployment and lifecycle management.
• Design and evaluate RAG and agentic AI systems using RAGAS or equivalent evaluation approaches.
• Apply AI governance, observability, guardrails, red-teaming and security controls.
• Assess customer data, infrastructure, security and compliance environments and develop practical AI adoption roadmaps.
• Work across enterprise data requirements including data engineering, data quality, integration, analytics and visualisation.
• Lead and mentor engineers and associates while remaining deeply hands-on.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams and bring Singapore/APAC customer requirements into the product roadmap.
