Responsibility:
As a Warehouse Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the warehouse operation, quality control, and team management aspects of our manufacturing and materials operations. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in engineering and tooling materials, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Job Description:
- Cooperate and coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse and delivery team, ensuring adherence to warehouse working quality is up to standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and ensure proper maintenance in the warehouse department.
- Collaborate with the operations team to implement and maintain quality assurance programs, adhering to industry packaging standards.
- Research and develop with the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock rotations, and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supplies of products, materials and packaging materials.
- Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment in the warehouse for all employees.
- Analyze warehouse data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary actions.
- Required to handle heavy cargo and carry heavy goods weighing approximately 20kg to 25kg.
- Need to work on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and overtime.
- Able to work rotating shift(day/night) and overtime.
- Working Location: Pioneer.
Requirement:
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and teamwork skills.
- Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
- Time management/meticulous and mature in work.
