Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for plant machinery, rotating equipment, and utilities systems

• Monitor equipment performance and support reliability improvement initiatives to minimize unplanned downtime

• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions

• Coordinate maintenance schedules with production and operations teams to ensure smooth plant operations

• Support maintenance activities for pumps, motors, conveyors, compressors, heat exchangers, boilers, steam systems, and other plant utilities

• Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and spare parts inventory through CMMS system

• Support plant shutdown, equipment overhaul, and continuous improvement projects

• Ensure maintenance activities comply with workplace safety, GMP, HACCP, and plant operational requirements

  
  

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline

• Minimum 2–5 years of maintenance experience in edible oil, food manufacturing, FMCG, chemical, refinery, or process plant environment

• Hands-on experience with rotating equipment, pumps, motors, compressors, and utilities systems

• Familiar with preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and CMMS systems
