The Associate Engineer provides operational support for system infrastructure, delivers client technical support, and resolves technical issues to ensure system functionality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational support to system infrastructure to maintain system availability and performance
• Provide technical support to customers by troubleshooting issues via phone, email, and web-based tools
• Identify and escalate priority issues according to client specifications to appropriate resources
• Process client service requests and redirect problems to relevant teams for resolution
• Develop and maintain procedural documentation to support operational processes
• Advise customers on proper product use and resolve specific user issues to enhance user experience
• Act as liaison between customers and Tier 2 support to facilitate problem escalation and resolution
• Perform mailbox migrations between Exchange systems and from other vendors to Exchange following established procedures to ensure seamless transitions
• Conduct health checks and monitor system availability and functionality to proactively detect issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Redhat Linux, VMWare, Google Apps, SMTP, DNS, OWA, and message transport/mail routing protocols
