Teaching Residency Career Progression

Assistant / Co-Teacher: $22–$80 per class

⏰ Fixed Weekend Shifts (Saturday or Sunday) – Choose your slot:

☀️ AM: 09.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.

🌤️ PM: 1.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.

Your Impact & Job Scope:

👩‍🏫 Co-Manage & Support: Assist in guiding classroom families of 8–15 students, ensuring a structured and productive learning space.

📚 Maintain Excellence: Support the execution of our proven Scheme of Work (SOW) and help manage lesson materials with high accuracy.

🚀 Drive Results: Work alongside Main Teachers to empower students to unlock their full academic potential in Chinese.
