Salary: Up to $4000
Location: Macpherson
Working Hours: Office Hours (5.25 Days)

Key Duties:

• Provide technical repair support and troubleshooting guidance to the dealership network.
• Perform on-site vehicle diagnosis, troubleshooting and repairs while working closely with workshop teams.
• Handle technical repair enquiries with manufacturers, follow up on technical cases, and provide technical guidance and coaching to workshop personnel.
• Monitor technical issues, maintain accurate service records, identify recurring faults, and contribute to improvements in aftersales service processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Automotive Engineering or relevant.
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
