Informatics Executive, IT & Digital Operations (Healthcare)

What you'll be doing

• Support the planning, testing and implementation of IT, automation and digital projects supporting healthcare and pharmacy operations

• Coordinate with internal teams, IT stakeholders, technology partners and vendors to ensure systems and projects are delivered smoothly

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of healthcare data, system records and operational databases

• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, and support the development of dashboards and data visualisations for operational and management use

• Conduct system testing, UAT and workflow validation to ensure technology solutions align with actual business processes

• Provide first-line support for system issues, troubleshoot user problems and coordinate with relevant IT teams or vendors for resolution

• Identify recurring system or workflow issues and support process improvement and automation initiatives

• Develop user guides, learning materials and conduct training to support effective adoption of healthcare systems

• Support the management of IT-related assets, applications and system documentation

• Work closely with healthcare and operational teams to maximise the use of existing systems and improve patient-centred workflows

• Support other digital, technology and operational initiatives as required

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/ Health Informatics or related studies

• Relevant experience in healthcare IT, application support, business systems, digital projects, data or operations

• Experience with project coordination, UAT, system implementation or process improvement

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting, dashboards, Power BI, automation or data tools is advantageous

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with an ability to understand both technology and business workflows

• Comfortable working with healthcare users, IT teams, vendors and multiple stakeholders

• Good communication and training skills, with a service-oriented mindset
