RETAIL ASSISTANT

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Retail & Events Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service, support retail operations, and manage event booths across various locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers warmly and professionally to create a positive shopping experience
• Provide accurate product advice by developing strong product knowledge
• Serve multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining high service standards
• Actively support sales efforts to meet or exceed sales targets
• Handle inventory tasks including stock replenishment and organization
• Maintain cleanliness and attractive presentation of retail and event spaces
• Assist with daily store operations and event activities as needed
• Set up and manage retail booths or displays during events
• Adapt to work at different event locations as required
• Commit to working 5 days per week, from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail industry experience
• Experience working at events, exhibitions, pop-ups, roadshows, or similar retail events
• Skills in customer service, sales, inventory handling, and housekeeping
• Clear and confident English communication skills
• Friendly, approachable, presentable, and customer-oriented attitude
• Sales-driven with a proactive approach
• Responsible, reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
• Flexibility to be stationed at different event locations
