Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Production & Manufacturing
• Position Title: CNC Milling Machine Operator
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 8:00am – 5:30pm; Sat: 8:00am to 12.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary + OT Pay + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Understand CNC machining processes.
• Use Mastercam, Unigraphics CAM, and AutoCAD applications.
• Perform precision metal machining and fabrication.
• Produce machined components using conventional and CNC machines.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and carry out the required manufacturing processes.
• Operate multi-axis machines when required.
• Prepare and maintain process summary sheets.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant CNC machining or machinist experience.
• Basic knowledge of CNC lathe or milling machine operations.
• Experience operating horizontal milling machines is an advantage.
• Able to understand basic engineering drawings and measurement requirements.
