Job Description

• Position Title: Customer Service / Sales Support Executive
• Working Location: Gul Circle (Transportation provided)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to phone calls and email enquiries.
• Liaise with clients regarding work schedules and quotations.
• Process and clear customer purchase orders promptly.
• Perform clerical duties, including data entry, document updates, and filing.
• Maintain records of incoming workshop goods, prepare service quotations, and provide administrative support to the service department.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
