Job Summary

The Sales Administrator supports sales operations by managing order processing, maintaining sales records, coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative activities to support business operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately and promptly.
• Monitor order status and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Respond to customer enquiries on products, pricing, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
• Verify order details, pricing, and product information before processing.
• Ensure sales transactions comply with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, contracts, and approvals.
• Prepare sales reports and support month-end closing activities.
• Work closely with sales, finance, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Requirements

• GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in sales administration, customer service, or order processing will be an advantage.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Basic proficiency in ERP or CRM systems.
