Assistant Nurse Clinician (Pediatrics)

Job Description

• Deliver and coordinate comprehensive nursing care for infants, children, and adolescents

• Work in collaboration with the nursing leaders and contribute to multi-disciplinary work groups

• Lead and supervise a team of paediatric nurses, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure the highest level of patient care.

• Lead quality improvement initiatives and contribute to policy and protocol development.

• Support paediatric patients and their families through health education and psychosocial interventions.

• Participate in clinical audits, research activities, and case reviews.

• Ensure that all nursing practices comply with the hospital's or healthcare facility's policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to pediatric care.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Paediatrics) or equivalent preferred.

• Valid BCLS + AED Certification

• Valid Practicing Certificate issued by Singapore Nursing Board

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an paediatric nursing and at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Nurse Clinician

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Good knowledge of regulatory standards
