OFFICE INTERN

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Office Intern to support office operations, business research, marketing, content development, and project coordination in our Singapore office. High-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Organize and report business research data to support decision-making
• Manage social media content and assist marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence
• Coordinate with clients and project teams to facilitate timely communication and deliverables
• Adapt to assigned tasks promptly and contribute to team goals in a fast-paced environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma, polytechnic, undergraduate, or postgraduate qualification in Singapore
• Background in business, economics, marketing, media, IT, engineering, science, or related fields
• Communicate effectively in written and spoken English and Chinese when required by the role
• Demonstrate strong learning ability, logical thinking, and attention to detail
• Show proactivity, responsibility, and adaptability in dynamic work settings

Other Information

Internship Arrangement

• Full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months, with possible extension
• Prefer 5 working days per week; flexible scheduling available based on academic and business needs
• Flexible and negotiable start date
