Job Description

• Position Title: Sales Coordinator (Order Processing & Customer Support)
• Working Location: Joo Koon
• Working Hours: 5 days, (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM / 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Medical Benefits + VB
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders and ensure orders are completed on time.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and related sales documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and transport teams to arrange deliveries.
• Update customers on their order status and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely after-sales support.
• Assist with inventory coordination when required.
• Perform other duties assigned.

• Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of sales coordination or customer service experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCount.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment will be an advantage.
