Responsibilities:

• Build and manage recruitment and talent pipelines.
• Coordinate recruitment and client events.
• Source and engage potential financial adviser candidates.
• Support business development, referrals, and networking activities.
• Provide executive and administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
• Build and maintain client and business prospect databases.
• Manage CRM, follow-ups, and business tracking.
• Support LinkedIn, social media, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proactive, driven, and takes ownership.
• Strong in communication and relationship building.
• Highly organised with good follow-through.
• Comfortable reaching out and engaging new people.
• Resourceful, positive, and willing to learn.
• Experience in financial services, recruitment, business development, sales support, or executive support will be an advantage.
• Experience with CRM, LinkedIn, digital marketing, and AI tools is also preferred.
