Livestream & E-Commerce Operations Lead

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall livestream and e-commerce operations on platforms such as Douyin (TikTok China) and WeChat Channels.
• Independently develop livestream operation strategies, including product selection, product sequencing, content planning, and livestream event scheduling.
• Lead the setup, operation, and continuous growth of livestream accounts from 0 to 1.
• Oversee the entire livestream process, including people, products, and setting, while coordinating the host, products, content, and on-site teams.
• Plan and execute daily livestream sessions and major promotional campaigns.
• Analyse livestream performance data and conduct post-session reviews to continuously improve GMV, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Develop and execute paid advertising and promotional campaigns, while monitoring advertising performance and costs.
• Build, train, schedule, and manage the performance of the livestream team.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Operations, and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of livestream projects.
• Provide regular reports to management on livestream performance, operational issues, and proposed improvement plans.

Salary Range

Basic Salary: Basic Salary + Performance Commission
