Quality Engineer.

Overview: -

• Mon-Fri (8am - 530pm)
• East - Loyang
• Monthly Base Salary: $3500 - $4000 (Based on working experience)
• AWS (13th Month) + Variable Bonus

Your Responsibilities: -

• Manage the supplier management process, including supplier onboarding, evaluation, qualification, approval, facility audits, quality agreement reviews, and relationship development.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, working collaboratively with suppliers to drive continuous improvement and enhance quality and delivery performance.
• Support new supplier and material qualification by ensuring all onboarding documentation is complete and purchased materials comply with quality requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams (Procurement, Warehouse, and Manufacturing) to resolve material quality issues, manage SCARs, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Establish and maintain incoming and outgoing quality inspection standards while ensuring timely closure of CAPAs, non-conformance reports, customer complaints, and quality performance reporting.
• Lead Material Review Board (MRB) meetings to investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and verify their effectiveness.
• Maintain and control ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 quality management system documentation, ensuring compliance and readiness for management reviews and certification requirements.
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal, external, and customer audits by addressing audit findings, implementing improvement actions, and supporting continuous quality system enhancement.

Requirements: -

• Diploma in quality management / Engineering / Manufacturing or related fields
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience in handling audits and ISO documentation in manufacturing industries.
• Well-versed in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and international standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, and ISO 22301.
• Proficient in quality planning and risk assessment tools, including Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Control Plans, and Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (GR&R).
