Senior Architectural Associate (Up to S$8800 negotiable)

Responsibilities:

• Involved in large projects ranging from commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, mixed development, healthcare, infrastructure and MRT/rail etc.
• To lead, manage and coordination of projects complying with authorities' requirements and standards.
• Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team and Consultants for best results.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site and/or authorities compliance problems.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work as a team.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
• Keep updated on contractual and authorities' requirements.
• Nurture, coach and upgrade skill levels of team members.

Requirements:

• Architectural masters/degree recognized by Board of Architects Singapore.
• Minimum 10 years of post-graduate architectural experience.
• Bim/Revit, Archicad, Autocad, Sketchup, In-Design, as well as basic rendering and graphics publishing software programs.
