Site Engineer (Earthworks)

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing detailed designs, ensuring feasibility and alignment with project requirements.

• Developing construction schedules and methods.

• Preparing method statements.

• Overseeing construction activities and progress, ensuring quality and safety.

• Monitoring site work progress and productivity.

• Implementing quality control procedures.

• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

• Providing technical guidance to supervisors.

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Managing product specifications.

• Ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.

• Liaising with client's supervisors and design consultants.

• Preparing reports and presentations.

• Assisting with budget development and cost control.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management Engineering or related discipline

• Min 5 years of work experience in the civil construction industry

• Able to work independently with a positive attitude to deliver within tight deadlines
