Ninemer Communications is a boutique communications consultancy established in 2010. We work with a diverse portfolio of B2C and 2B clients across FMCG, government, MICE, travel and more — delivering integrated PR and digital campaigns that make an impact.

Responsibilities

· Communicate directly with clients, serving asthe primary day-to-day contact

· Proactively generate new ideas and opportunitiesto ensure client success

· Part of our account teams in ongoing socialmedia and digital projects

· Strategise, plan content calendars, and developsocial media content, including copywriting captions, storyboarding, scriptingreels, filming, and post-video editing.

· Work closely with creative team to ensurequality and timeliness of deliverables

· Manage community interactions by responding tocustomer queries and escalating issues appropriately on clients’ social mediapages

· Create and manage monthly reports to deriveactionable insights

· Research the latest trends and best practices tostay up to date on social media developments and tools

· Support in new business proposals

What You Bring

• A degree and diploma in any subject isacceptable

• Min. 2 years of experience in digital or socialmedia marketing industry

• Good command of English and ability to copywritefor social media purposes

• Attention to detail - proofreading, editing andquality control of content from others

• Ability to create social media content andperform design editing using software such as Canva and Capcut

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word,Powerpoint
