Job Description

• Position Title: Project Manager (Construction)
• Working Location: Islandwide (office at Ubi)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus+ Transport Allowance
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities and provide timely project updates to management.
• Lead project teams, site supervisors, workers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to prevent shortages and delays.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work meets schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Control manpower and project costs to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Attend or chair project and site meetings.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate contingency measures.
• Oversee quality inspections and workplace safety and health compliance.
• Prepare project progress reports and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure changes to drawings, specifications, and work scopes are properly documented.
• Maintain site documents and records according to ISO requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of relevant construction experience.
• Able to read and understand 2D/3D CAD and Revit BIM drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and workplace safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work six days per week at construction sites and factory premises if required.
• Comfortable accessing construction sites and rooftops when required.
• Posses a Class 2/3 driving licence and own transport.
