[0580] Warehouse Assistant [Forklift/ VNA/ Reach Truck] - Woodlands/ Up to $3k

• Salary: $2,000 - $3000
• Location: Senoko, Woodlands

Working Timing:

1. [5.5days x1] Mon to Friday 830am to 530pm & Sat 830am to 1230pm
2. [12 hrs shift x1] 4-3-4-3 | 830am to 830pm

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations including picking, handling and checking of goods.

• Process Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) transactions using SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to maintain accurate inventory records.

• Coordinate and communicate with customers to support order fulfilment and resolve issues.

• Conduct daily, monthly and quarterly cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.

• Receive incoming cargo and release outbound shipments according to standard procedures.

• Organise and place items into designated bin locations to optimise warehouse storage.

• Pick and consolidate orders accurately for shipment preparation.

• Label, pack and perform quality control checks to ensure product standards before dispatch.

• Palletise goods for export according to shipping requirements.

• Perform general warehouse housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Manage material handling equipment (MHE) to support warehouse operations safely and efficiently.

• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support operational needs.

Job Requirements

• With relevant experience
• Experience operating forklift, VNA or reach truck
• IT savvy and comfortable using scanning systems

• Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry will be an added advantage
