OPERATION PROCESS ANALYST

Responsibilities

• Enhance the organisation's position as a leading port agency company within the military sector.
• Build and develop our military sector service offering to key Naval forces and defense companies in the Asia Pacific region.
• Identify key growth areas within the sector as well as guiding our operations teams through efficient service delivery and vendor management to help achieve our targets.
• Assess and analyse data set given on group performances.
• Ensure that we are in the most competitive position to be awarded the business whilst achieving maximum earning opportunities at country or group level.
• Ensure service delivery and competitive pricing is achieved through vendor management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2 years' working experience.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and structured documentation.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
