Key Focus Areas
Offensive Security & Red Teaming: Orchestrate multi-team attack campaigns, design resilient Command & Control (C2) frameworks, perform deep-dive penetration testing, and build custom evasive tooling to test high-concurrency environments against modern APT TTPs.
Digital Forensics & Incident Response (DFIR): Lead complex incident investigations, execute root-cause analysis, perform deep-dive log and artifact forensics, and build automated incident response playbooks.
Security Operations & Resiliency: Drive continuous monitoring strategies, standardise incident response frameworks, lead chaos/resiliency testing, and manage attack surface vulnerability workflows across cloud and hybrid environments.
Emerging Tech & AI Security: Architect security guardrails for autonomous AI agents and LLM-driven platforms, establish chain-of-custody audit models, and execute threat modeling for emerging technologies.
Governance, Risk & Strategy (GRC): Develop enterprise security strategies, define Zero Trust architectures, drive dynamic Threat Risk Assessments (TRA), and modernize security risk management frameworks.
What We Look For
Experience: 5 to 10+ years of deep technical experience in Cybersecurity, spanning Red Teaming, DFIR, SOC Management, AI/LLM Security, or GRC Architecture.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with enterprise security tools, cloud platforms, source code analysis, forensic suites, or SIEM/EDR environments.
Recognized Certifications: Industry certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, GCFA, GREM, GCIH, CISM, or CISSP are highly desirable.
Core Competencies: Strong analytical capability, ability to operate under high pressure, and exceptional skills in translating technical risk to diverse leadership groups.
