Network & Infrastructure Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure across multiple locations. The role is responsible for maintaining network, server, backup, and security infrastructure while ensuring high system availability and supporting infrastructure enhancement projects.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors o maintain a secure, reliable, and scalable IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam.
• Manage firewall infrastructure, network security policies, and change requests across multiple sites.
• Support and maintain Nutanix Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) and virtual server environments.
• Manage network infrastructure including switches, routers, wireless networks, and connectivity across multiple locations.
• Administer enterprise WiFi solutions using Aruba, Cisco, and Ruckus technologies.
• Manage the lifecycle of physical servers, NAS storage, UPS systems, and other infrastructure assets.
• Maintain SSL certificates and ensure secure communication across IT systems.
• Coordinate ISP services, contract renewals, and infrastructure technology refresh initiatives.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, server room relocation, and other IT infrastructure projects.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and work with vendors to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Infocomm, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems support.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise backup solutions such as Veeam.
• Good knowledge of Nutanix HCI, network infrastructure, firewalls, and wireless technologies.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DHCP, Windows Server, and network security concepts.
• Experience managing servers, NAS storage, UPS, and infrastructure lifecycle activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Passionate about learning new technologies and continuously improving technical knowledge.
