We are now inviting passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as a Transfer Agency Executive / Senior Executive.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be:

• Review and verify trade instructions eg. Subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches.

• Update investor details and transactions into the transfer agency system.

• Review Know Your Client (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML) and due diligence documentation of investors for accuracy and completeness.

• Review information for FATCA and CRS.

• Liaise with investors and investment managers.

• Attend to and ensure timely responses to Fund Managers and Investors’ queries.

• Review and provide operational comments on Operational Memorandum of the Funds, ensuring clarity and compliance.

• Perform walk-throughs with new clients on transfer agency procedures and service deliverables before the start of the Fund’s initial launch.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong written & verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organisational, time management, planning and co-ordination skills.

• Diligent and meticulous with an eye for detail.

• Ability to work to tight deadlines.

• Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Positive attitude and strong commitment to excellence.

• Polytechnic or University degree holder.
