Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to support the HR team in both operational and project-based responsibilities. The role will provide day-to-day support to the HR Business Partner on operational matters, while also driving HR reporting enhancements, data analytics, and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations Support

• Support HR Business Partner in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

Process Improvement & Projects

• Identify processes to improve efficiency through automation and digital solutions.
• Assist in the implementation of HR projects and transformation initiatives.

Other Job Responsibilities

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Analytics, Economics, Informatics or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant HR experience; experience in large organisations or healthcare settings will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis), Power Automate and data visualisation tools.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and generating reports.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
