Job Description

• Position Title: Quality Engineer
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (8:20AM – 6:00PM)
• Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the company’s Quality Management System.
• Prepare quality documents and support AS9100 and Nadcap audits.
• Manage First Article Inspection (FAI / AS9102) submissions.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues from customers, suppliers, incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers, and production teams to address quality concerns.
• Prepare and update quality documents, including NCMR, CAR, Quality Alerts, audit reports, and inspection records.
• Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure inspection reports and quality records are accurate and properly maintained.
• Monitor calibration schedules for inspection and test equipment.
• Review quality data and suggest ways to improve product and process quality.
• Prepare and update inspection instructions and quality procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of quality engineering experience.
• Knowledge of AS9100 standards is required.
• Able to read engineering drawings.
• Familiar with GD&T, FAI / AS9102, NCMR, CAR, internal audits, and customer quality requirements.
• Experience in precision machining, aerospace, or manufacturing will be an advantage.
• Nadcap audit exposure will be an advantage.
