Job Description

• Position Title: Shipping Executive
• Working Location: Jurong West
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8am – 5.00pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $3000 + Variable Bonus + $90 (Transport Allowance)
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Possess thorough knowledge of shipping processes including import and export documentation such as Bill of Lading (B/L), health certificates, certificates of origin, Free Trade Agreements (FTA), and vessel bookings.
• Capable of independently managing and executing all shipping duties.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse departments to ensure products are ready for shipment.
• Organize container bookings and oversee the loading process.
• Prepare and distribute all required shipping documents to customers efficiently.
• Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level and or min 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge of various shipping document and FTA Certificate application.
