Job Description

• Machine & Tooling Setup: Setup multi-cavity, high-precision molds, core pulls, complex sliders, andauxiliary equipment.
• Process Optimization: Programand fine-tune critical parameters (multi-stage injection speeds, holdpressures, melt temperatures, and cycle times) for high-performance resins(e.g., PEEK, LCP, PPS, PEI).
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnoseand rectify technical molding defects such as micro-flash, gas burns, voids,sink marks, and warping to minimize downtime and scrap rates.
• Automation & Robotics: Operate,set up, and troubleshoot 3-axis/5-axis robotic sprue pickers and automatedvision inspection systems.
• Mould Care & Maintenance: Performpreventative maintenance on molds, cleaning tool inserts, core pins, andparting lines to maximize tooling longevity.
