Our Services

• Apply thermal spray, Rokide ceramic, plasma, HVOF, cold spray, and ultra-high-speed laser cladding coatings to enhance equipment durability and performance
• Perform hard chrome and nickel plating, anti-corrosion protective coatings, and Babbitt re-metalling to extend component lifespan
• Conduct welding, including cast iron, to repair and restore industrial equipment integrity
• Operate workshop machining tools such as CNC turning, CNC milling, horizontal boring, and various grinding techniques to refurbish mechanical parts
• Execute in-situ machining, line boring, on-site milling, flange facing, and pipe cold-cutting to maintain and repair equipment on-site.
• Utilize laser alignment and laser bore alignment. For precision setting of mechanical assemblies and rotating/static equipment such as Turbines, Generators, Compressors, Engines, Pumps, Motors etc.
• Dismantle, troubleshoot, overhaul, repair, dynamically balance, re-assemble, and test critical industrial machinery including pumps, gearboxes, blowers, winches, and hydraulic cylinders.
• Collaborate with quality control, material science, and mechanical engineering teams to ensure high standards in engineering solutions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Background in Quality Control, Material Science, or Mechanical Engineering
