Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented International Logistics & Order Management Specialist to oversee our end-to-end order fulfillment and logistics operations across Southeast Asia. This role is critical to ensuring seamless delivery for our e-commerce customers by managing warehouse partners, freight forwarders, and logistics providers while coordinating closely with our sales, customer service, and production teams.

As our business relies heavily on e-commerce channels, the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing logistics operations for platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or other regional marketplaces, and be familiar with modern ERP and e-commerce management systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Management & Fulfillment

  • Manage the full order lifecycle from order confirmation, inventory allocation, production coordination, shipment planning, delivery, and customer acceptance.
  • Monitor order execution and proactively resolve delays or fulfillment issues to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Review order details to ensure accuracy in product models, quantities, shipping destinations, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate closely with customer service, sales, and production teams to provide timely updates on order status and resolve operational issues.

2. Warehouse & Logistics Management

  • Manage relationships with local warehouses, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, freight forwarders, courier partners, and shipping vendors across Southeast Asia.
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard warehouse and logistics partners to support business expansion into new markets.
  • Work with warehouse partners to ensure inventory accuracy, efficient stock replenishment, and timely order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments while optimizing shipping costs, delivery speed, and service quality.
  • Prepare and review import/export documentation and ensure compliance with customs and international shipping requirements.

3. E-commerce Operations

  • Support logistics operations for regional e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, or other online marketplaces.
  • Coordinate inventory planning and fulfillment to ensure high service levels across multiple sales channels.
  • Work closely with e-commerce and commercial teams to support campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor logistics performance metrics such as fulfillment rates, shipping lead times, delivery success rates, and customer satisfaction.

4. Systems & Process Improvement

  • Maintain accurate order, inventory, and shipment data using ERP, WMS, CRM, or other supply chain management systems.
  • Utilize modern e-commerce ERP platforms to improve operational efficiency and visibility.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes, warehouse operations, shipping costs, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational scalability and efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in international logistics, order management, supply chain operations, or sales support. Preference given to those with experience in the consumer electronics/smart hardware industry or procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics networks within Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Proven experience managing third-party warehouses (3PLs), freight forwarders, courier companies, and shipping providers.
  • Experience sourcing and managing warehouse and logistics partners in regional markets is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting e-commerce operations, particularly for Shopee, Lazada, or other online marketplaces, is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with modern ERP, WMS, OMS, or e-commerce management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Cin7, Unleashed, Brightpearl, Linnworks, or similar).
  • Experience in factory order follow-up is highly preferred, with familiarity with internal production processes and supply chain links.
  • Possess international trade and logistics shipping experience, capable of independently preparing import/export documentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
