Job Description:
· Help render patient care in accordance to the policies & standards set by the hospital.
· Assist Senior Staff Nurse/Staff Nurse in serving of oral medication, nursing procedures such as dressing and naso-gastric feeding, orientation &clinical guidance for Nursing Aide/Healthcare Assistant.
· Assist in report writing on patients' condition & progress on nursing management of patients.
· Take on any other responsibilities delegated by the Nursing Division in line with the needs of the hospital.
Requirements:
· National ITE Certificate in Nursing
· Enrolled with the Singapore Nursing Board
· Mature, caring and interested in geriatric nursing
· Experience in an acute care or community setting background
· Possesses clinical knowledge and skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Working Hours:
5 days’ work week / 3 rotating shifts
Morning Shift: 7.00am to 3.30pm
Afternoon Shift: 12.00pm to 9.30pm / 12.30pm to 9.30pm
Night Shift: 8.30pm to 7.30am
