About this job
Job Purpose
To manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, packing, inventory control, and stocktaking, in compliance with company SOPs and audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Physically receive and inspect incoming shipments against delivery documents
- Perform quantity and quality checks and complete inspection records
- Manage spare parts storage, labelling, and location control
- Update inventory movements and storage locations in the ERP system
- Coordinate picking and packing of outbound orders with correct quantities and protective packaging
- Report damages, discrepancies, or non‑conformities promptly
- Participate in stocktaking and support audit requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Experience with ERP or inventory systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Working Arrangement
- Contract (non‑permanent)
- Salary: S$2,000 – S$3,000 per month, based on experience
