Technician

Job Description

· Responsible for engineering design and sustaining, 24x7 operational health, maintenance and troubleshooting for all Facilities Systems.

· Provide technical/ facilities support to customers.

· Carry out preventive maintenance in accordance with the maintenance schedule and ensure the smooth functioning of all data center equipment.

· Monitor term contractors in carrying out regular servicing.

· Troubleshoot processes and carry out on-site support.

· Perform repair jobs on malfunctioning equipment, systems, and facilities.

· Adhere to ISO procedures and standards.

· Perform standby duty as per standby schedule.

· Handle ad hoc assignments or tasks as required.

Requirements

· Diploma or ITE in in Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical services.

· At least 3 years in carrying out maintenance work.

· Preferably with 1 to 2 years Data Centre experience.

· Ability to do troubleshooting to resolve site issues independently or as a team.

· Class 3 Driving License.
