Job Summary
Since 2008, Happy Train has enriched children's learning through a unique bilingual right brain training programme. As a teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, monitor developmental progress, and foster positive relationships with children and parents, contributing to their holistic growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver lessons aligned with the Happy Train brain development curriculum, policies, and framework to enhance children’s cognitive and language skills
- Prepare and organize teaching materials and learning aids to support experiential and multi-sensory learning activities
- Monitor and evaluate children’s developmental progress regularly to tailor instruction and provide constructive feedback
- Establish and maintain positive rapport with children and parents to foster a supportive learning environment and effective communication
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to engage children and collaborate effectively with parents
- Exhibit passion and commitment to nurturing young children’s development and learning attitudes
- Communicate proficiently in English to support bilingual programme delivery with children and parents
- Hold a Diploma or Degree in any major; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Be available to work a 5-day week from Wednesday to Sunday or a part-time 3-day week from Friday to Sunday, including weekends
