About this job
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts (AP/ AR/ GL)
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of accounting entries
- Prepare monthly financial reports (e.g. P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end closing
- Process payments (including TT) and follow up on outstanding balances
- Assist in stock reconciliation and highlight discrepancies
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Support ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of full set of accounts preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible with high level of integrity
