Supervisor

A TCM Wellness Company seeks a dedicated Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

This role reports directly to the Manager.

• Deliver consistent, professional Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) therapies, including foot massage.
• Maintain and uphold the highest standards of service.
• Assist in providing training to the new and existing staff for service quality.
• Assist in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the facilities, treatment rooms, and all other areas within the outlet.
• Assist in preparation of necessary treatment products and manage the replenishment of stock, including towels and other supplies.
• Assist in addressing customer inquiries and concerns in an efficient and professional manner.
• Follow and implement the instructions provided by the Manager.
